Returns & Exchanges

In order to make a return, the following aspects must be met:

  •  The products to be returned from your order must be within the deadline to make changes and returns. This period is 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
  •  The products to be returned from your order must be in perfect condition and must not have been used.
  • For hygiene reasons, returns of the following jewelry products are not allowed: piercings, ear cuffs, or earrings. Likewise, returns of any product with initials / letters (necklaces, hanging letters, or piercings) are not allowed.
  • In the event that the returned product is not in perfect condition, Brianda reserves the right to make a partial refund of the amount of said product. In no case will the original shipping costs of the order be refunded.

Despite the different control processes, if you have not received all the items in your order, no refunds will be made, a new shipment will be made with the missing products after conducting the relevant investigation.

To request the processing of a return, write us an email to info@briandastore.com indicating your order number or full name and attaching a photo of the product you want to return. Our customer service team will assess your case and respond to you as soon as possible.

It is the customer's direct responsibility to provide the appropriate packaging during the transport of the return and that it arrives in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for the condition of the product until it is received by Brianda.

If the reason for the return is because the product is not as expected, the customer must bear the cost of the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed for the products. 

If the reason for the return is due to a product failure, Brianda will bear the cost of the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return and check the status of the products, if they are in perfect condition, a coupon will be generated with the corresponding amount to use on the web.

In the case of jewels that have lost their shine, Brianda does not will issue refunds. A voucher will be generated with the amount of the returned items that can be exchanged within 30 days. 

In case of wanting the exchange for an item out of stock at the time of validity of the voucher, it may be communicated via email to pause its validity and resume it when the desired items are available again.

Returns will only be accepted due to manufacturing defects, if the defect is notified within 15 calendar days after the order is delivered.

In no case is the money refunded, Brianda will generate a code with the amount of the product to redeem on the web within a period of 6 months.
