Below, you will find the detail of the shipping costs by country. We indicate that free shipping will not be applied if the total of your order does not reach the minimum amount indicated after applying discounts or promotions.

On Saturdays and Sundays there are no deliveries.

 If you want to receive more than one gift box, add our "Additional Box" option for just € 1. Ask for how many you want or need.

Orders placed after 14:14 p.m. will be processed the next business day. In the case of orders placed on Friday from 14:00 p.m., they will be prepared and shipped from Monday.


  • In case of absence when the package is delivered, the courier will contact you to agree on a schedule that best suits your preferences. If in no case the delivery takes place, your order will be received in the office of the closest carrier to your address. 
  • Sometimes shipments to countries outside the EU may incur additional fees and taxes, which in any case will be the responsibility of the buyer. 
  • The usual time estimate may be affected in times of high volume (Christmas, Sales, Black Friday or special dates such as Mother's Day, special events or occasional discounts ...), in this case delivery may be extended up to 7 business days.
  • From Brianda we do not take care that your order does not arrive on time due to weather problems, problems with the courier company, or any other circumstance that affects others.
  • If you want to make a change to the delivery address once the order has been placed, it is essential that you notify us as soon as possible. Once the package is dispatched, it will not be possible to make any change of postal address.
  • Any change of address once the order is dispatched, or any request for delivery to a different address will have a surcharge equivalent to the cost of shipping.
